Fan Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Oshi Konnect as a Fan. By accessing or using Oshi Konnect's Fan platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Fan Account and Eligibility

To use Oshi Konnect as a Fan, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction);
  • If under 18, have parental or guardian consent;
  • Provide accurate registration information;
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.

2. License to Use Platform

Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, Oshi Konnect grants you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and view Creator content available on the platform;
  • Interact with Creators through comments, likes, and reactions;
  • Subscribe to Creator tiers and access subscriber-only content;
  • Send tips and gifts to Creators;
  • Use the platform's communication features.

This license does not grant ownership of any content, Oshi Konnect's branding, trademarks, platform technology, or any other intellectual property.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

As a Fan, you may:

  • Subscribe to Creator tiers at published prices;
  • Send tips and purchase gifts for Creators;
  • Manage your subscriptions through your account settings.

Payment Terms:

  • All payments are processed through Stripe;
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled;
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy and Creator terms;
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes;
  • Gift redemptions are subject to verification.

4. User Conduct

As a Fan, you agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, or threaten Creators or other users;
  • Post spam, offensive, or inappropriate comments;
  • Share or redistribute Creator content without permission;
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls;
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse platform features;
  • Engage in fraudulent payment activities;
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

These restrictions survive account termination.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

  • All Creator content remains the property of the respective Creators;
  • You may not download, copy, or redistribute Creator content without express permission;
  • Oshi Konnect content and branding remain the property of Oshi Konnect;
  • Screenshots or recordings of subscriber-only content are prohibited.

6. Privacy and Data

By using Oshi Konnect, you acknowledge:

  • Your interactions may be visible to Creators (comments, likes, etc.);
  • Creators may see your username and public profile information;
  • Payment information is processed securely through Stripe;
  • Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Oshi Konnect does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or quality of Creator content;
  • Uninterrupted platform access;
  • Specific content from subscribed Creators;
  • Safety of external links or third-party services.

Fans assume all risks associated with platform use.

8. Limitations of Liability

Oshi Konnect is not liable for:

  • Lost passwords, compromised accounts, or user errors;
  • Technical failures or interrupted service;
  • Creator content quality or availability;
  • Harms arising from user interactions;
  • Payment disputes with Creators.

All platform use is at your own risk.

9. Account Termination

Oshi Konnect may suspend or terminate your Fan account for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service;
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior;
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes;
  • At our sole discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, active subscriptions will be canceled and no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida.
The prevailing party is entitled to attorney's fees and costs.

11. Gift Redemption

If you receive a gift:

  • Gifts must be redeemed within the specified timeframe;
  • A Fan account is required to redeem gifts;
  • Gifts are non-transferable and have no cash value;
  • Oshi Konnect is not responsible for expired or unredeemed gifts.

12. Modifications to Terms

Oshi Konnect reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
